How to brew it
Brewing Guide – Best Method: Traditional Simmering
1. Break the Tea
Use a tea pick to loosen 5‑8g (thumb‑sized) from the brick. Try to keep leaves whole.
2. Rinse
Place leaves in a pot, add boiling water, swirl for 5‑10 seconds, then pour out.
3. Simmer
Add 500‑800ml cold or warm water (mineral water preferred).
Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 3‑5 minutes, until the liquor is deep red and clear.
4. Serve
Strain and enjoy. The broth will be smooth, rich, and subtly sweet.
5. Re‑simmer
After drinking about 2/3 of the liquid, refill with hot water and simmer again.
One brick can yield 5‑8+ rounds, each becoming sweeter and milder.
