Product Description

This 2006 raw Pu'er tea is a masterpiece crafted by Liming Tea Factory. Hailing from the renowned tea - growing regions in Yunnan, it is made from carefully selected arbor old - tree tea leaves.

Origin and Raw Materials
The tea leaves are sourced from the prime tea - growing areas, where the arbor old - tree tea plants, with their deep - rooted systems, absorb rich nutrients from the soil. These leaves are plucked at the optimal time, ensuring high - quality raw materials for this tea.

Production Process
Following traditional Pu'er tea production techniques, the leaves go through withering, stir - frying, rolling, and sun - drying processes. The tea is then compressed into 357 - gram cakes, maintaining the integrity and natural qualities of the tea. After that, it has been stored in a well - managed dry storage environment since 2006, allowing it to age gracefully and develop a more complex and mellow flavor.

Taste and Aroma
The dry tea leaves present a dark, lustrous color with distinct, well - formed 条索. When brewed, the tea liquor is clear and bright, showing an attractive orange - yellow hue. The aroma is rich and complex, with a blend of floral, fruity, and a hint of earthy notes, which are the characteristic of aged raw Pu'er. The taste is full - bodied, with a harmonious balance of bitterness and sweetness. The initial bitterness quickly dissipates, giving way to a long - lasting sweet aftertaste and strong 回甘,leaving a fresh and comfortable sensation in the mouth.

How to brew it

Brewing Guide
Tea Quantity: Take about 7 - 8 grams of tea leaves, which is approximately one - fifth of a standard 150 - 200ml teapot or gaiwan.
Water Temperature: Use boiling water, around 95 - 100°C. The high temperature helps to fully extract the flavor and aroma of the aged tea.
Washing the Tea: Rinse the tea leaves with hot water once quickly. This step not only cleans the tea but also wakes up the leaves, preparing them for better flavor release.
Brewing Time
For the first 3 infusions, brew for 5 - 8 seconds each. This allows you to taste the fresh and pure flavor of the tea.
From the 4th to 8th infusions, gradually increase the brewing time to 10 - 15 seconds. As the tea is further extracted, this longer time helps to maintain the flavor intensity.
For subsequent infusions, adjust the brewing time according to your taste preference. The tea can be brewed for up to 15 - 20 times, still retaining its unique charm.
