How to brew it
🍵 Brewing Guide
Slow Simmering (Recommended)
1 small piece (≈2g) + 600ml water
Simmer 20–30 minutes over low heat
Rich, fragrant broth — drink pure or use as a base for tea, soups, or cocktails
Thermos Long Infusion
1 piece + 500ml boiling water in a preheated thermos
Cap and let steep for 1–2 hours (or overnight for intense flavor)
Tea Fusion
Pair with aged Pu-erh or black tea:
→ Add 1/4 piece to 5g tea leaves
→ Brew together at 95–100°C for 3–5 minutes
→ Enhances sweetness and adds a velvety texture
