Brewing Guide:
Amount: 5g tea / 150ml
Water: 100°C / 212°F
Rinse: 10 seconds → discard
Steeping
1st infusion: 20 seconds
2nd infusion: 15 seconds
3rd+: Add 5-10 seconds each round
Yields: 8-10 rich brews
Tip: Use a clay teapot for smoother taste.
