Gongfu Brewing (Recommended)
1. Warm your teapot or gaiwan with hot water, then discard
2. Add 5β7g of loose leaf tea per 100ml of water
3. Rinse: Pour boiling water (100Β°C / 212Β°F) over the leaves and discard immediately β this awakens the tea
4. Brew: Pour boiling water and steep for 5β10 seconds
5. Pour into your cup and enjoy
6. Gradually increase steeping time with each subsequent infusion
This tea is highly infusable β enjoy 8+ rounds
Simple Mug or Infuser Brewing
1. Add 3β5g of loose leaf tea to your infuser or mug
2. Pour boiling water and steep for 20β30 seconds
3. Remove the infuser and enjoy
