How to brew it

Brewing Guide:

Gongfu Style:
5g tea / 150ml • 95°C water
Rinse 5 sec • 1st infusion 20 sec
+5 sec each round

Western Style:
3g tea / 250ml • 95°C water
Steep 3-4 min • Reuse 2-3 times
