How to brew it
Brewing Guide
For a Balanced Cup
5g tea + 200ml water at 95°C (203°F)
Steep 3–4 minutes
Good for 3–4 infusions
Gongfu Style (Recommended)
7g tea + 150ml water at 95°C
Rinse: 5–8 seconds (optional)
1st infusion: 20 seconds
2nd infusion: 15 seconds
Add 5–10 seconds for each following brew
Can steep 8–12 times
