How to brew it

Brewing Tips

Gaiwan/Teapot: 5–6g tea → rinse with boiling water → steep 10s for 1st brew, +5–10s each round (8–10 infusions).

Thermos: 3–4g tea in 500ml boiling water → steep 30min–2hrs → refill 2–3 times.

Stovetop: 8–10g tea in cold water → boil → simmer 5–10min.

Water: Filtered or spring water recommended.
