How to brew it
Gongfu Style (Best Experience):
(功夫泡法 - 最佳体验)
Tea Ware: Gaiwan or small teapot (150-200ml)
Water: 95°C (200°F)
Amount: 5-8h grams of tea
Rinse: Quickly rinse the leaves with hot water and discard the water.
First Brew: Steep for 15-20 seconds.
Next Brews: Increase steeping time by 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew. Enjoy 10+ infusions!
