The Decade Treasure Silver Needle Gift Collection brings together ten consecutive harvests of Bai Hao Yin Zhen (White Hair Silver Needle) — from 2016 through 2025 — each sealed in its own precision-crafted titanium canister, presented together in a single heirloom-grade wood-grain collector's gift box. Silver Needle is the most prized of all white teas, harvested only in early spring from the unopened buds of the Da Bai cultivar in Fujian Province. Each bud is clothed in a dense coat of silver-white down — the hallmark of exceptional quality. How to Brew Silver Needle

Silver Needle rewards patience and attention. Follow these steps to unlock its full depth:

• Water temperature: 85–90°C (185–194°F). Never boiling — high heat will flatten the delicate aromatics.
• Vessel: A glass gaiwan or a white porcelain gaiwan is ideal, allowing you to observe the silver buds as they slowly unfurl.
• Leaf ratio: 3–4g per 150ml of water.
• First rinse: For aged vintages (2016–2020), a brief 5-second rinse awakens the leaves and releases the first wave of aroma.
• Steeping times: 1st steep: 30–45 seconds. 2nd steep: 45–60 seconds. 3rd steep: 60–90 seconds. Aged Silver Needle can yield 5–7 steepings.
• Tasting: Hold the liquor in your mouth for a moment before swallowing. Notice how the sweetness builds at the back of the throat — this is the hallmark of quality aged white tea.
