- Vessel: Gaiwan or Yixing clay teapot (100–150 ml recommended)
- Water temperature: 100°C / 212°F (boiling)
- Leaf ratio: 1 sachet per session
- First rinse: 5 seconds — discard, awakens the leaves
- 1st–3rd infusion: 20–30 seconds
- 4th–6th infusion: Add 10–15 seconds per subsequent steep
- Yield: 6–8 infusions per sachet

Tip: Use filtered or spring water for best results. The fruit aroma peaks at the 2nd–3rd infusion; rock bone deepens from the 4th onward.
