Jiujing Lai · Wuji | Song Zhong Huang Zhi Xiang Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong — High-Mountain Honey Orchid Gift Box (51g)

From the mist-shrouded peaks of Wudong Mountain (乌崙山) in Chaozhou, at elevations above 800 meters, comes Wuji (无极) — a Song Zhong (宋种) Huang Zhi Xiang (Yellow Gardenia Fragrance) Dan Cong of rare depth and heritage. Centered on Wudong Village (乌崙村), the core production zone of authentic Song Zhong, these ancient tea trees grow slowly in perpetual cloud cover and cool mountain air, accumulating nutrients over decades to produce a tea of extraordinary complexity.

The result is a cup that opens with a warm, honeyed sweetness and blooms into a signature yellow gardenia fragrance — elegant, natural, and unhurried. The finish is long and lingering, with a deep woody character and a classic high-mountain shan yun (山韵) that resonates through every infusion. Exceptionally steep-enduring, Wuji rewards patience and reveals new layers with each pour.

Product Description

Wuji (无极) is a Song Zhong (宋种) Huang Zhi Xiang Phoenix Dan Cong sourced from the core terroir of Wudong Mountain (乌岽山), Chaozhou — centered on Wudong Village (乌岽村) and surrounding high-altitude zones including Zhongxin Cheng Daping (中心塍大坪), all above 800 meters elevation.

These ancient Song Zhong trees grow slowly in perpetual mountain mist and cool temperatures, accumulating rich nutrients that express as a deeply settled woody character, honeyed sweetness, and the unmistakable high-mountain shan yun (山韵) that defines great Chaozhou oolong. The Huang Zhi Xiang fragrance — warm, floral, and natural — rises gracefully from the cup, while the finish lingers long with a satisfying hui gan (回甘). A tea of heritage, patience, and quiet power.
