Brewing Guidance

Rinse all pieces with hot water before first use. Add tea leaves to the gaiwan (fill approximately 1/3 for oolong or pu-erh), pour 95–100°C water, and steep for 20–40 seconds for the first infusion. Pour into cups and enjoy. The set pairs beautifully with aged pu-erh, rock oolong, and white tea.
