A Master Collection of Seven Teas

Explore the finest of Yunnan and Fujian in one curated set.

This collection offers an exceptional journey through the world of premium Chinese tea. It pairs the renowned depth of aged Puerh with the thrilling potential of young, single-origin raw teas from celebrated mountains, balanced by the mellow sweetness of a classic White Tea.

You will taste the smooth, mature character of 2017 Ripe Puerh alongside the vibrant intensity of 2025 Raw Puerhs from iconic terroirs like Bingdao and Xigui. A benchmark 2022 Raw Puerh and a rich 2021 Ripe Puerh complete the Puerh spectrum, while a Fuding Shou Mei provides a harmonious, elegant finish.

It's more than tea—it's a comparative tasting, a aging portfolio, and a statement of refined taste, all in one box.

How to brew it

Quick Brew Guide
For All Teas:

Vessel: Gaiwan or small teapot.

Water: Full boil (100°C / 212°F).

First Step: Rinse once with hot water and discard immediately.

Brewing by Category:

1. Raw Puerh (Fuhai 2025 & Lao Tong Zhi 2022)

Amount: 5-7g

Method: Quick infusions. Steep for 5-10 seconds for the first 5 pours, then gradually add 5-10 seconds per subsequent infusion.

Key: Avoid over-steeping to preserve freshness.

2. Ripe Puerh (Manxi 2021 & Xin Hao Ji 2017)

Amount: 6-8g

Method: Slightly longer infusions. Steep for 10-15 seconds for the first 3 pours to fully release flavor.

Key: Use fully boiling water for a richer, smoother brew.

3. Fuding Shou Mei White Tea

Amount: 5-7g

Method: Flexible steeping. Start from 30 seconds and extend freely to several minutes later on.

Key: Very forgiving. Experiment to find your preferred strength.
