How to brew it
Basic Hot Brew Method
Tea: 1-2 teaspoons of dried sea buckthorn berries/leaves blend
Water: 240ml (1 cup) at 95°C (200°F)
Steep Time: 5-7 minutes
Sweetener: Add honey or maple syrup if desired (natural tartness)
Infusions: 1-2 times (resteeping weak)
