Vessel: Gaiwan (strongly recommended — to fully enjoy rich osmanthus honey lid aroma)
Water Temperature: 88–92°C (190–198°F)
Leaf Amount: 3–4g per 110–120ml
Steeping Guide:
• Infusions 1–3: Pour and drain quickly — flash-brew to preserve bright osmanthus and honey fragrance. Do not steep or stew.
• Infusions 4 and beyond: Gradually extend steeping time by 8–12 seconds for each infusion.
⚠️ Important: Never leave tea sitting to stew. Osmanthus Jinjunmei features tender tea buds and delicate floral notes — over-steeping will muffle osmanthus aroma and bring unwanted astringency.
