Peach Aroma Rougui | Wuyi Rock Oolong — Light-Medium Roast, Three-Layer Fragrance
Peach Aroma Rougui | Wuyi Rock Oolong — Light-Medium Roast, Three-Layer Fragrance
A Rougui Like No Other — Peach Aroma Rougui
This is Rougui reimagined. A light-to-medium roasted Wuyi Rock Oolong where ripe honey peach takes center stage — softening the classic cinnamon spice into something sweeter, smoother, and utterly captivating. Three distinct layers of fragrance unfold from first pour to last sip, making every session a sensory journey.
Top Note — The Lid Aroma
The moment boiling water meets the leaves, the gaiwan lid erupts with the scent of sun-ripened white peach — vivid, juicy, and irresistibly fresh. It is bright, expressive, and completely alive. This is the opening act, and it sets the stage perfectly.
Mid Note — Fragrance in the Liquor
As the peach aroma sinks into the tea liquor, something magical happens: it meets the signature cinnamon-bark character of Rougui and the two intertwine. The fruit sweetness tames the spice, smoothing away any harshness or dryness, leaving a liquor that is simultaneously aromatic, sweet, and silky. Peach and cinnamon — a pairing that simply works.
Base Note — The Cold Cup Finish
Set the gaiwan aside after drinking. As it cools, a long, lingering honey-peach sweetness remains on the lid — gentle, warm, and deeply satisfying. The mark of a truly high-quality Rougui: the fragrance that stays when everything else is gone.
In the Cup
The liquor is sweet, smooth, and silky from start to finish. Salivation comes quickly and naturally, followed by a clean, sweet aftertaste that rises back through the throat. No bitterness. No dryness. Just pure, effortless pleasure.

Product Description
Product Description
Peach Aroma Rougui is a light-to-medium roasted Wuyi Rock Oolong that redefines what Rougui can be. Where traditional Rougui leads with bold cinnamon spice, this expression lets ripe honey peach take the front seat — wrapping around the classic cinnamon character and transforming it into something sweeter, softer, and more approachable without losing any of its depth.
The fragrance unfolds in three distinct layers. On the gaiwan lid, boiling water releases an immediate burst of vivid, sun-ripened white peach — fresh, juicy, and alive. In the liquor, the peach aroma sinks and merges with the cinnamon-bark spice of Rougui, the fruit sweetness smoothing away any dryness or bite. And in the cold cup, long after the tea is finished, a warm honey-peach sweetness lingers on the lid — the quiet signature of exceptional quality.
The liquor itself is silky and sweet, with salivation that comes quickly and a clean, rising aftertaste that keeps you reaching for the next cup. Light-medium roasting preserves the brightness and vitality of the peach character while adding just enough depth and warmth.
A Rougui for peach lovers. A Rougui for spice lovers. A Rougui for everyone.

Brewing Guidance
Brewing Guidance
Vessel: Gaiwan (strongly recommended — to fully experience the three-layer lid aroma)
Water Temperature: 95–100°C (203–212°F)
Leaf Amount: 7g per 100ml
Steeping Guide:
• Infusions 1–3: Pour and drain immediately — flash-brew to capture the vivid honey peach lid aroma at its brightest. Do not steep or stew.
• Infusions 4 and beyond: Gradually increase steeping time by 5–10 seconds with each steep.
⚠️ Important: Never cover and steep (no stewing). The fresh peach character of this light-medium roast is delicate — over-steeping will dull the fruit aroma and bring out unwanted bitterness.
Number of Infusions: 8–10 infusions
Tips:
• After finishing, set the gaiwan aside and smell the cold lid — the lingering honey-peach sweetness is one of the great pleasures of this tea
• Use boiling or near-boiling water to fully activate the cinnamon-peach fusion
• A quick rinse before the first steep opens up the layered fragrance beautifully
