Tea: 3g (1 tsp) per cup (~200ml).
Water: 80°C (176°F) – *cool boiled water 2-3 mins*.
Time: 2-3 minutes first brew. Re-steep up to 3x (+30 sec each).
Taste: Light, sweet, floral. Best pure – no milk/sugar.
Note: "Anji Baicha" is green tea (despite "white" name). Use fresh leaves, store airtight.
