How to brew it
Brewing Guide to Unlock the Perfume
To fully release the legendary aroma, we recommend the Gongfu method.
Warm Your Teaware: Rinse your gaiwan or small teapot (150-200ml) with hot water.
The Leaves: Use 3-5 grams of tea. Inhale the dry leaf aroma—a preview of the experience.
Water Temperature: Use water at 95-100°C (203-212°F). Hot water is crucial to unlock the volatile aromatics.
Rinse & Awaken: Quickly pour water over the leaves and immediately pour it out. This awakens the leaves and prepares them for brewing.
First Infusion: Steep for 10-15 seconds. Notice the intense aroma the moment you pour.
Enjoy & Continue: Savor the fragrant, golden liquor. You can steep this tea 8-12 times or more. For each subsequent brew, simply add 5-10 seconds to the steeping time. Discover how the fragrance evolves with every cup.
