How to brew it
Rinse:
Use 5g tea (or 1 tsp per 150ml).
Pour 100°C boiling water, swirl 5 sec, then discard – cleans leaves & wakes tea up.
First Brew:
Steep 10-15 sec (hot water).
Short steeps prevent bitterness.
Re-steep:
Add 5-10 sec each new brew (up to 10+ times).
Flavor evolves: grassy → honey → earthy.
Gongfu Style (Optional):
Tiny teapot (100ml), 7g tea, 5-20 sec per steep.
Tips for Better Taste:
Water: Spring/filtered water best.
Pot: Porcelain or clay (Yixing enhances flavor).
Storage: Keep dry, ventilated, away from smells.
