Brewing Guide:

Method 1 - Whole Citrus Brewing:

Remove the top lid of the citrus
Place entire citrus in teapot or large mug
Add boiling water (100°C)
Steep for 3-5 minutes
Can be re-steeped multiple times, increasing steeping time

Method 2 - Break Apart Brewing:

Break citrus into small pieces (peel and tea together)
Use 1-2 pieces per 150ml
Add boiling water (100°C)
Steep for 10-20 seconds for first infusion
