How to brew it

Brewing Guide

Tea: Use 1 teaspoon per cup (or 5-8 grams for a small teapot).
Water: Heat water to 90-95°C (195-205°F).
Steep: Brew for 3-4 minutes.
Enjoy: You can re-steep the same leaves 2-3 times. For each subsequent brew, add 1 extra minute to the steeping time to enjoy the evolving sweetness.
