Tea: 5g
Water: 250ml at 95°C
Time: 1-2 minutes
Infusions: 2-3 times
Gongfu Style (Stronger flavor)
Tea: 5-8g
Water: 200ml at 95°C
Rinse: Quick 5-second rinse (discard)
1st brew: 30 seconds
Next brews: Add 10 seconds each time
Infusions: 5-6 times
