Tea Quantity: Use 5-7g of this Pu'er tea (about 3-5 small pieces) for a 150-200ml teapot.
Water Temperature: Heat pure water to 95-100°C (boiling water is recommended for fully releasing the tea flavor).
Washing Tea: Rinse the tea leaves with hot water quickly twice. This helps wake up the tea and remove any dust.
Brewing Time:
1st-3rd infusions: 5-10 seconds each.
4th-8th infusions: Gradually extend to 15-25 seconds.
For later infusions, adjust the time based on your taste preference.
Tasting Tip: Pay attention to the sweet aftertaste that lingers in your mouth after drinking - this is the classic characteristic of high-quality Yewu raw Pu'er.
